All the sites are owned and managed by Bruce and Hilary Hinton, who live on site close to the Business Centre, and have their office in Unit 11. There is therefore close and direct contact between tenants and the owner/managers.

All the sites were originally farm premises, mainly used for livestock - so horses, cattle or pigs have preceded the existing tenants!

Conversion and development started at the Business Centre in the late 1980's and was virtually complete by 2007.

Work started at Yew Tree Courtyard in 2004 and was largely completed by the end of 2006.

Moat Park is a mixture of converted traditional buildings to be let, and almost 2 acres of bare sites with planning consent for B1 and B8 uses. These sites are for sale freehold separately or as a whole. Substantial site works and conversion work commenced in 2007.
